What is your shipping policy?

Shipping Terms and Conditions

We are committed  to provide the highest quality product and excellent service every time you place your order. These terms and conditions apply to orders placed on GoldenOasisllc.com 

Free Shipping:

  • Free Shipping on Orders of at least $50.00 * shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will be charged $5.95 for Standard Shipping.
  • Most orders will take 2-3 business days to arrive from the date ordered.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be considered placed the next business day.

*minimum of $50.00 is based on original product price and is not affected by discount or promotion codes.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost after we ship it, which does occasionally occur, Golden Oasis will not be responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” which means the USPS or courier service delivered the product to the address specified. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of the original package to us, we will reship the order. Please note that Golden Oasis is not responsible for errors of USPS or courier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. It is  important that you ensure that the address you give to us is correct, as any mistake could delay delivery and will entail extra expense to you.

Product Defects & Damaged Packages

We allow three days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product or if the package it was in was damaged in transit. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the three-day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.

PAYMENT POLICY 

Golden Oasis accepts payments with any of the following methods:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards and PayPal.

We DO NOT accept on-liner orders over $300.00 without prior approval.

What is your return policy?

Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from www.GoldenOasisllc.com and not from other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.

New, unopened items that were purchased through www.GoldenOasisllc.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
